"If you are new to this work, begin where you are. Locate the nearest of the 13 First Cycle Centres and begin there. Work as much as you can with all of the 39 First Cycle areas, and then advance into the Second Cycle Inspirational Centres. Also work with the nearest of the 156 Centres.

If you are already working with the Earth Chakra System, here are the most challenging and rewarding global tasks in need of urgent attention:

1. The bonded-pairing between Berlin and Moscow needs to be continually strengthened.
2. Interchanges between Montserrat-Barcelona and Jebel Toubkal, Morocco are a high priority. In a broader sense, cultural exchange between Spain and Morocco must be accelerated. This bonded-pairing is highly significant: Because of this interaction, positive Islamic forces begin to spread from Morocco to the east. Changes initiated by this Spain-Morocco link mature and culminate in Iran in the year 2032.
3. The two Second Chakra bonded-pairings - from Lima to Recife, and from Iquitos to Manaus - are urgent priorities. All of South America is vitalised by Earth Chakra development from 2008 to 2027. The two Peruvian sites provide the energetic foundation for the activation and expansion of nine new Earth Chakra Circles in South America. For example, if you are living in Lima, travel to Recife. If you are living in Manaus, travel to Iquitos. Exchange energy and culture between the two linked centres.
4. Interaction between Australia and India needs attention. Exchanges between the Gathaagudu and Arunchala Hill areas must be accelerated and deepened.
5. The Borobudur-Lantur Island link is vital. It is at the foundation of all positive changes in Chinese society from now until 2027. As we are in the 19-year Beijing World Synthesis Cycle from 2008 to 2027, the importance of input from Borobudur cannot be underestimated.
6. The High Pamir-Atlai Mountains link should be worked with now.
7. Connect Kachina Peaks Wilderness, Arizona with Niagara Falls. This is the most important energy work to do in North America at the present time.
8. Link Mecca with Mount Kilimanjaro now. This is essential for the vitalisation of the African continent.
9. Make the historic first trans-Atlantic bonded-pairing: Link the Pilansberg with Buenos Aires, Argentina now. This special connection is of mutual benefit to South America and Africa.
10. Connect Mont-aux-Sources to the Mount Dimlang area in Nigeria. Africa is very active in the Second 19-year Cycle, from 2008 to 2027.
11. The Mount Elbrus, Russia to High Tatra, Pland-Slovakia bonded-pairing needs immediate and enduring attention. This link energises a renaissance throughout Central Europe and harmonises all of Europe from the Atlantic to the Urals.
12. Develop the Recife 3-Circle Earth Chakra Structure as soon as possible. After the three centres are developed, act to link the Creative Centre of the Recife grouping - Parnaiba River Headwaters National Park, Capivara National Park and Confusion Mountains National Park - with the major Inspirational Centre at Rio. Frequent exchanges between these two areas of Brazil are vital.
13. Rapidly develop the Lantau Island 3-Circle Earth Chakra Structure. After the Sichuan and Philippines centres have been interlinked with Lantau, return to Sichuan and work on the historic Gongga Shan-Emeishan-Leshan Buddha bonded-pairing to Beijing. The entire flow from Bali to Borobudur to Lantau to Sichuan to the Philippines, then back to Sichuan and on to Beijing is extremely important work that will benefit China and the world over the coming centuries.
14. Work should deepen in the Central Ural area - the Structural Synthesis Centre for the First Cycle. In particular, work with the geomythics of the region. Strengthen earth energies around the geometric centre and expand the Circle.
15. Devote activities to the unification of Korea. Work with Manisan on Ganghwa Island. This is one of the great current global challenges. Transfer currents and influences from Mt. Fuji and Okinawa. The resolution of this Earth Chakra is a key to the future health of the Aquarian Aeon.
    If the creative and inspirational currents from Japan and Okinawa are still not sufficient, then there is a complex avenue from the future that can be focused on Korea at any time. It begins at Rotopounamu, New Zealand, advances to Mount Panie, New Caledonia, carries on to Papua New Guinea and then moves to Papua. The high central mountains of Papua are the future bonded-pairing to Korea. Transfer the Earth energies of Papua to Korea. This is an example of reverse time planetary engineering. It can be used if a particular problem seems intractable.
    Note - One solution for the Korean situation is this: A unification process lasting 50 years should be agreed to. This is much like what China and Hong Kong have had in place since 1997. The current head of North Korea should become the first ceremonial head of state for the unified Korea. The South Korean leader becomes the Prime Minister. This agreement would then continue for the entire 50 year period of unification: North Koreans appoint the ceremonial head of state and South Korean choose the Prime Minister. This process respects all Koreans and will lead to harmony.
16. Like Korea, the Middle East continues to be a world challenge. Creative interactions among all three Fifth Earth Chakra centres in the region are important. This area is where the Living Earth is most powerfully speaking its ancient Word of Peace. Everyone in the area needs to put his or her ear to the ground and listen. If the collective Wisdom of the Three Circles is not enough, then work out the reverse time planetary engineering patterns. There are two: One comes straight from Mount Kilimanjaro to Mecca; the other moves from Australia to India to Sri Lanka to Iran to the Aral Sea and back to Iran. Then, from the Takht-e Soleiman, the Peace and Grace of the Living Earth flows back to harmonise the Middle East."
