The command, 'become content at heart' is to say, 'merge with the image'. Become more identified with the image of the true self rather than the ego, which will pass away when the body does. Remain discontent and disobedient with the ego. Not only our own, but also others. Don't let the rules, projections and expectations of the society that doesn't see your true image define you.

Healing your world begins in your mind

"The ego's thought system is a complete thought system. You cannot dip in and out of it and feel happy; you cannot participate in it in a partial way. The thought system that we and the other participants in this teaching are bringing through is also a complete thought system, one that is focused on love and forgiveness as a device to return the mind to oneness, to its full and complete and holy state. If you dabble in the ego's thought system as you go through this, you will feel profound conflict. You will feel fear because you have very powerful beliefs in the mind.

Forgiveness [...] terrifies the ego, because the ego's food is judgement. Judgement keeps this world going, and you can see that in how people judge each other. In that judgement, you keep wars going, and wars fund the planet at this time.

We are being quite radical here, but we are telling you the truth, which is you must dedicate yourself to love if you want to see a transformation in the world you are looking at."
